White Sox | Viciedo to work out at third base

Mark Gonzales, of The Chicago Tribune, reports Chicago White Sox 3B Dayan Viciedo will work at third base in Spring Training, despite the fact that many scouts believe he is suited to play either first base or right field.

Our Instinct:  This just in – Ozzie Guillen does not like Josh Fields.  Ok, maybe thats earth shattering news, but it seems like the White Sox are bent on making Viciedo start earning that 4 year $10mm contract NOW.   I think this kid will be good down the road, but I can’t recommend more than a $5 bench spot, if hes not someone you plan to stash on your farm.
