Indians | Marte designated for assignment

Paul Hoynes, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports the Cleveland Indians designated 3B Andy Marte for assignment Thursday, Feb. 19.

Our Instinct:  We doubt he clears.  Someone will probably claim him, and give him a fresh start in another organization.  He still has little fantasy value
