Anthony DiComo, of MLB.com, reports New York Yankees SP Joba Chamberlain faced live hitters during workouts Thursday, Feb. 19.
Our Instinct: Live hitters…Yes, until you get in there with Joba and then you have to wonder if you’re getting out alive. In auction points leagues expect Joba to become a 15 game winner and log around 180-190 innings while collecting 650 points and $25 value. With the Hype around Chamberlain, you’ll probably have to pay full value for him, but theres no reason to think he won’t be worth it.
