Red Sox | Pedroia wants to play every game
by George Utter on February 20, 2009

The Boston Globe’s Amalie Benjamin reports Boston Red Sox 2B Dustin Pedroia wants to play in every game this season.
Our Instinct: I’m sure Dustin Pedroia owners would love that, but how does Tito feel about that. After playing 157 games last season, it’s hardly a reach that Pedroia could play in 162 games in 2009 and beyond. In draft formats Pedroia is certainly a 1st round pick and in Auction points leagues he should be on par with last year’s totals. Count on 750 points and $32 value, but don’t expect to get him for less than $38-$45. Red Sox nation will run the price up – and rightfully so.
