Yankees | Posada rehab update

New York Yankees C Jorge Posada (shoulder) threw from 200 feet Friday, Feb. 20, and remains on target to begin appearing in games in mid-March, according to The Associated Press.

Our Instinct:  Posada is a true competitor, but his days of being a top catcher appear to be over.  Look for Jorge to get about 420 ab’s, hit 15 hr’s, and drive in 65 runs.  In deeps leagues, the 425 points/$11 value still makes him useful as a starter.  Chances are though he will go for close to full price and you can get the same production for less.  If you can’t get him for a bargin, spend your money elsewhere.
