Indians | Sizemore bows out of WBC
by George Utter on February 27, 2009
Indians.MLB.com’s Anthony Castrovince reports Cleveland Indians OF Grady Sizemore (groin) will not participate in the World Baseball Classic due to soreness in his left groin muscle.
Our Instinct: Could Sizemore join the 40-40 club this season? Probably not, but he will get damn close to it as he gets closer to the prime of his career. He is the best outfielder on the board and is among the elite hitters in baseball. Don’t be afraid to build around him.
