Cubs | Marshall sharp Tuesday
by George Utter on March 4, 2009
Carrie Muskat, of MLB.com, reports Chicago Cubs SP Sean Marshall worked three hitless innings in Spring Training Tuesday, March 3.
Our Instinct: This is encouraging for Marshall, but he still hasn’t shown any reason to think he will put in more a 100 innings with a plus 4.00 era and a handful of wins. Let him earn a spot on your roster instead of just giving it to him.
