Chicago Cubs
Carrie Muskat, of MLB.com, reports Chicago Cubs SP Rich Harden (shoulder) said he felt great during his 25-pitch start in Spring Training Tuesday, March 10, in which he threw 17 pitches for strikes. He gave up two hits in his two innings of work.
Our Instinct: If Harden could pitch 200 innings, he would be a stud. If he can pitch 150 innings, he can still be good enough to be part of your rotation and earn $20-$25. You however, shouldn’t throw more than $12-$14 at him.
