Blue Jays | Janssen to resume throwing Tuesday
by George Utter on March 21, 2009
Jeff Blair, of The Globe and Mail, reports Toronto Blue Jays SP Casey Janssen (shoulder) is expected to resume throwing Tuesday, March 24, after straining a muscle in the back of his shoulder.
Our Instinct: Janssen is going to have a hard time getting into the rotation if healthy, and now with the Jays talking with Shawn Hill, he may not get a chance at all. Janssen shouldn’t be considered for your rotation right now.
