White Sox | Wise scratched Thursday
by George Utter on April 2, 2009
Mark Gonzales, of The Chicago Tribune, reports Chicago White Sox OF Dewayne Wise (illness) was scratched from the lineup Thursday, April 2, because he was not feeling well.
Our Instinct: That’s VERY ironic. I felt ill too when I heard that Wise was named the starting centerfielder for the White Sox. Wise may be the worst starting position player in baseball. Let’s hope Guillen’s dislike of Brian Anderson resolves itself soon. It’s not wise to have Wise on your team.
