Giants | Sanchez throws bullpen Friday
by George Utter on April 4, 2009
Laurence Miedema, of The Mercury News, reports San Francisco Giants SP Jonathan Sanchez (finger) threw a bullpen session without incident Friday, April 3.
Our instinct: Good news for Sanchez owners. We think this will be a great season for Sanchez, despite being limited by the number of wins he will get with the Giants. Look for 200 k’s in 195 ip with 12 wins, a 3.80 era, and a 1.33 whip. He should be worth $22 and chances are you can get him for around $12-$14. If hes not on your roster already, a trade for him might not cost you very much and be worth the returns.
