Mets | K-Rod records save Wednesday
by George Utter on April 8, 2009
The Associated Press reports New York Mets RP Francisco Rodriguez worked out of a bases loaded jam to earn his second save of the season against the Cincinnati Reds Wednesday, April 8.
Our instinct: The bases loaded jam was self inflicted as K-Rod issued 2 walks in a 30 pitch 9th inning. Still, he did emerge with his 2nd save and 10 points for the game which will make his Baseball Instinct owners happy.
