Royals | Soria records save Wednesday
by George Utter on April 8, 2009
The Associated Press reports Kansas City Royals RP Joakim Soria retired the side in the ninth inning to earn his first save of the season Wednesday, April 8.
Our instinct: Soria looked every bit the part of an elite closer in this 13 pitch, 7 strike ninth inning of work. He nabbed his Baseball Instinct owners 13 points in short order. Got to love it.
