Braves | Rain delay flushes Lowe from start
by George Utter on April 11, 2009
Derek Lowe was well on his way to pitching another great game until a 2 hour rain delay kept him from returning.
Our Instinct: It’s a shame as Lowe had 6 k’s through 3 innings, but there was no way that the Braves were going to warm him up again after a 2 hour delay. Keep him active for his next start as he is locked in right now.
