Tigers | Miner roughed up Monday
by George Utter on April 13, 2009
The Associated Press reports Detroit Tigers SP Zach Miner surrendered eight runs, nine hits and three home runs in 3 1/3 innings against the Chicago White Sox Monday, April 13.
Our instinct: Why the Tigers let him stick around as long as he did is beyond me. He looked pretty pathetic from the get go. If you roll with Miner, you run the risk of getting outings like this.
