White Sox | Dye, Konerko achieve milestones
by George Utter on April 14, 2009
The Associated Press reports Chicago White Sox OF Jermaine Dye and 1B Paul Konerko both reached 300 home runs in their careers Monday, April 13. Dye went 3-for-5 and Konerko had four hits and three RBIs in the game.
Our Instinct: While the milestone was very cool, Baseball Instinct fantasy league owners of the two cared more about the 12 points that Dye had and the 18 points that Konerko gave them. I know of at least 1 owner that owns both, as well as Carlos Quentin. An investigation is pending.
