Mark Gonzales, of The Chicago Tribune, reports Chicago White Sox OF Dewayne Wise (shoulder) separated his right shoulder Monday, April 13, and will be out indefinitely. Wise will be placed on the disabled list after suffering the injury while making a diving catch in the fifth inning.
Our instinct: In related news Ozzie Guillen put ol’ yeller to sleep and is likely to return to his favorite blind huntin’ dog, Jerry Owens. I never wish injuries on players, but sometimes it’s the only thing that saves Guillen from himself. Would 1 more be too much to ….nevermind.
