Royals | Greinke’s scoreless streak at 34 with gem
by George Utter on April 19, 2009
Zack Greinke did not allow a run for his third straight start this season, pitching a seven-hitter for his first career shutout as the Kansas City Royals beat the Texas Rangers 2-0 Saturday night. (source: CBS News/Feedzilla)
Our instinct: Greinke was on it. He scored a season high 53 points in Baseball Instinct fantasy leagues. He is now 3-0 in 20 innings pitched, allowing no runs, 5 bb, and 23 k’s. That’s impressive.
