Cubs | Soriano extends hitting streak
by George Utter on April 23, 2009
The Associated Press reports Chicago Cubs OF Alfonso Soriano extended his hitting streak to 10 games Thursday, April 23.
Our instinct: Soriano is hitting .317 with 4 doubles and 5 hr’s. He’s scored 16 times and drove in 9 runs. It’s nice to see him reasonably healthy to start the season.
