Indians | Sipp makes debut Wednesday
by George Utter on April 23, 2009
Anthony Castrovince, of MLB.com, reports Cleveland Indians P Tony Sipp made his major league debut Wednesday, April 22, throwing a perfect ninth inning against the Kansas City Royals.
Our instinct: In 4 games with Columbus, Sipp was 0-0 with 3.86 era. Opponents hit .276 vs him. It’s doubtful that he will be of much use in fantasy leagues at this time.
