Reds | Cueto sparkles in win Wednesday
by George Utter on April 23, 2009
The Associated Press reports Cincinnati Reds SP Johnny Cueto pitched seven scoreless innings to earn the win against the Chicago Cubs Wednesday, April 22. Cueto also had two hits in the contest.
Our instinct: Cueto only had 3 k’s, but only gave up 3 hits and more importantly, didn’t walk anyone in this quality start. He scored 27 points in Baseball Instinct fantasy leagues. We’ll take it.
