Indians | SP Carlos Carrasco to begin in minors
by George Utter on February 17, 2010

Anthony Castrovince, of MLB.com, reports Cleveland Indians SP Carlos Carrasco will begin the 2010 season at Class AAA.
Our Instinct: Carrasco, who will be 23 years old when the season starts, wasn’t very impressive in his big league stint last fall with Cleveland. He was 11-10 with a mid 4 era between Columbus and Lehigh Valley last year. Look for a mid-season call up if all goes well. Stash him away on your farm for now.
