Bill Chastain, of MLB.com, reports the Tampa Bay Rays’ 2010 rotation is likely to be the same rotation that they ended the 2009 season with. SP James Shields will be the No. 1 starter, followed by Ps Matt Garza, David Price, Jeff Niemann and Wade Davis.
Our Instinct: This group just needs a little time to grow into something special. Can the Rays hold onto them and their young core of hitters? Time will tell, but this is a good team now. All 5 of these SP’s are worth owning in all formats of fantasy baseball.
