Braves | OF Nate McLouth’s vision has improved
by George Utter on February 20, 2010
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s David O’Brien reports Atlanta Braves OF Nate McLouth was fitted for contacts in the offseason and said there’s a noticeable difference, especially seeing at night. He acknowledged he couldn’t see the catcher clearly from center field but didn’t want to see an eye doctor in the middle of a season.
Our Instinct: Anytime that you hear about a player’s vision improving, that’s a good thing. McLouth enters the season as Atlanta’s center fielder. He hit .256-20-70-86-19 last season.
