MLB.com’s Anthony Castrovince reports Cleveland Indians OF Shin-Soo Choo and DH Travis Hafner are expected to hit third and fourth in the batting order respectively.
Our Instinct: The 27 year old Choo had a great season last year for fantasy leaguer’s, posting a .300-20-86-87-21 line. He’s a top 25 OF. The 32 Hafner played in 151 games – over the past 2 seasons and his numbers had dipped dramatically in 2007. ”IF” he can stay healthy enough to play in 130 games he is capable of being useful in fantasy leagues. That’s a big “IF” though. Expect a DH/1B rotation of Hafner, Matt LaPorta, and Russ Branyan.
