Orioles | SP Chris Tillman throwing strikes

Brittany Ghiroli, of MLB.com, reports Baltimore Orioles SP Chris Tillman (back) threw 11 of his 15 pitches for strikes during an intrasquad game Monday, March 1. “I’ve been 100 percent for the last two days,” Tillman said. “I was even allowed to lift today. I think that’s all in the rearview mirror, and we’re going forward from here.”
