Reds | 3B Scott Rolen out on Saturday
by George Utter on March 14, 2010
Cincinnati Reds 3B Scott Rolen was scratched from the lineup Saturday, March 13, and replaced by IF Juan Francisco, according to MLB.com’s Mark Sheldon. However, the club said nothing was wrong with Rolen.
Our Instinct: The Reds’ say he was left in Goodyear to rest. Maybe he’s still in shock over the 100 mph fastballs Aroldis Chapman was blowing by him in inter-squad play.
