Yankees | OF Curtis Granderson goes yard

New York Yankees OF Curtis Granderson hit a home run off of Boston Red Sox SP Josh Beckett in opening day in his 1st at bat as a Yankee.  The shot came in the 2nd inning with 2 out and followed C Jorge Posada’s hr in the previous at bat.

Our Instinct:  It was the 103 hr of Granderson’s career.  Expect a great season from him.  He’s just outside of the top 10 outfielders in baseball, but not by much.

Closing in on 25 years of following the greatest game in the world very closely. I can remember as a kid how excited I was when a player that I had watched in the minors make his major league debut. The same holds true today. We designed Baseball Instinct with that in mind; getting you the fan excited to get out and see the see the stars of tomorrow - today!
