Yankees | 3B Alex Rodriguez gets 1,000 hit as a bomber
by George Utter on April 11, 2010
The New York Times’ Ben Shpigel reports New York Yankees 3B Alex Rodriguez collected his 1,000th hit with the team Saturday, April 10, against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Our Instinct: A-Rod, who is in his 7th season with the Yankees is 7 for 27 on the season and has yet to hit a hr. Not to point out the obvious, but it is early and you can bet he will catch fire soon.
