Braves | C Christian Bethancourt prospect hot

Christian Bethancourt C Atlanta Braves capped off the weekend with a 4-4 with 2 RBI raising his average to .545 good for 3rd in Low A.

Our Instinct: Bethancourt was on our Braves Top 21 last season and he adjusted to the US well and his skill set took over. If he can add some pop to his offensive arsenal he’ll move into the elite ranks of prospects before the 2010 season is over. He added a HR this weekend so a power play might be in store. We’ll be keeping a close eye on him as we already like him a ton. Check him out in our Top 100 Prospects list.
