Blue Jays | OF Vernon Wells shutting mouths early
by George Utter on April 18, 2010
Toronto Blue Jays OF Vernon Wells went only 1 for 4 on Saturday, but is hitting .372 with 6 hrs, 11 rbi’s, 11 runs, and a stolen base on the season.
Our Instinct: We will see how this plays out when Wells gets nagging injuries. He has been criticized for being a soft player in the past. So far this season no one has had a reason to be negative about Wells, who has been amazing thus far.
