Astros | Prospect SP Tanner Bushue Rolling
by Thomas Belmont on April 19, 2010
Houston Astros SP Tanner Bushue went 5 innings Sunday giving up 2 runs on 5 K’s and 3 walks.
Our Instinct: Tanner Bushue is right where Jordan Lyles was at this point in 2009. He’s still virtually unknown and being quietly dominant. Bushue has struck out 16 batters in 13.2 innings thus far for the Lexinton Legends in Low A ball. Bushue is a projectable 6-4 and 180lbs, with a low 90s FB and above average CB. Check him out on our Top 100 prospects List and look for his Prospect Breakdown coming soon.
