Twins | SP Francisco Liriano 15 scoreless innings
by George Utter on April 22, 2010
Minnesota Twins SP Francisco Liriano extended his scoreless innings streak to 15 on Wednesday by going 8 innings and striking out 6 Cleveland Indians.
Our Instinct: After giving up a couple of runs in the 6th inning during his first outing of the season, Liriano has really settled into his own. He is sporting a 2-0 record with 1.29 era, 17 k’s, 9 walks on the season. He’s a solid middle of the rotation option and is looking to improve on that status.
