Royals | OF Jose Guillen hits eighth home run
by George Utter on May 5, 2010
Kansas City Royals OF Jose Guillen hit his 8th hr of the season to help the Royals defeat the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday.
Our Instinct: Guillen is still on a roll, hitting .287 with 8 hr’s, 21 rbi’s, 15 runs, and 1 sb. In 16 big league seasons, Guillen has missed 1,090 games. That’s almost 7 full seasons lost due to injuries. Not to down play his performance, but he is a sell high candidate right NOW and if you wait too much longer, you’ll miss a golden opportunity.
