Our Instinct: Brown is starting to put the whole package together after flashing signs of power in 2009, he has shown that the skill is real in 2010. While he has excellent speed he has yet to turn it into a serious SB threat. But overall you have an elite OF prospect who is starting to come into his own as a power hitter.
