Mets | 3B David Wright driving in runs
by George Utter on June 16, 2010
New York Mets 3B David Wright has 11 runs batted in over his last 5 games.
Our Instinct: Clearly, as we predicted, the power outage from last season is over. He’s already surpassed his HR total from last year, and nearly his rbi total in 63 games. D-Wright is hitting .293 with 12 hr, an NL leading 50 rbi, 33 runs, and 11 sb. The 27 year old is on a pace to hit .293-30-126-83-28 on the season. He’s clearly a threat 2 be a 30/30 guy for the 2nd time in his career.
