Mets | SS Jose Reyes returns Tuesday
by George Utter on July 7, 2010
New York Mets SS Jose Reyes return to action after missing a week with 2 hits and a run scored in a win over the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday.
Our Instinct: Reyes is hitting .280 with 6 hr’s, 32 rbi, 52 runs, and 19 sb. He’s on a pace for .280-12-66-107-39. It’s not quite the line he had in 2008 when he was one of the very best fantasy players out there. However, a lot of people stayed clear of Reyes in auctions and as a result he went for less. Those who took a chance have to be pleased. Oh yeah – If you didn’t get him back into your lineup yet, what the heck are you waiting for?
