White Sox | SP Gavin Floyd scores 11th consecutive quality start agains OAK

Chicago White SoxChicago White Sox SP Gavin Floyd continued his hot streak Sunday by holding the Oakland A’s to 1 run in 7 innings.

Our Instinct:  Floyd improved his record to 7-8 on the season and dropped his ERA to 3.54.  After a disastrous start to the season, Gavin has only given up 3 runs in his last 40 innings pitched and hasn’t give up a homerun since June 2.  He is a large reason why Chicago is leading the AL Central right now.
