Oakland Athletics SP Trevor Cahill pitched a 3 k, 4 walk complete game shut out over the Kansas City Royals on Monday.
Our Instinct: Cahill is 11-4 with a 2.72 era, 73 k’s, and 41 walks in 125.2 innings. He’s on a pace for 17 wins and has looked pretty impressive. We would like to see more k’s and less walks for fantasy owners, but considering he’s just 22 years old – we think that will come in time. He’s a great keeper.
