White Sox | OF Juan Pierre steals number forty

by George Utter on August 4, 2010

Chicago White SoxChicago White Sox OF Juan Pierre went 2 for 5 with a hr, a  double, a stolen base, 2 rbi, and 2 runs scored this afternoon as the White Sox defeated the Detroit Tigers.

Our Instinct:  It was the 1st hr of the season for Pierre who now has 13 in his 11 year career, so don’t expect another one until May.  He’s hitting .266 with 1 hr, 26 rbi, 60 runs, and 40 sb.  He’s not much of baseball player, but he does offer a decent amount of fantasy value.
