Braves | 1B Troy Glaus continues rollercoaster season
by David Reiffer on August 15, 2010
Atlanta Braves 1B Troy Glaus came through with a homer and 4 RBI, while going 2 for 5, and striking out twice.
Our Instinct: Glaus has to be the streakiest player in baseball. If not for a May where he hit .330 with a .408 OBP, with 6 homers and 28 RBI, Glaus may have been looking for a job and Braves prospect Freddie Freeman would be trying his luck in the big leagues. If you can put up with his inconsistencies, Glaus can help your team if gotten cheaply.
