Our Instinct:  Chances are good that Bell starts the season in Triple A with Migual Tejada manning 3B for the O's. But Bell is their 3B of the near future. Our Instinct: Crow should start the season with the Double-A Northwest Arkansas Naturals.  It's unlikely that he will reach Kansas City before the September call ups.
